My Journey to Design

Design has always played a role in my life ever since I was a child. I have always had an interest in art and took as many classes I could every year. My junior year of high school was when I first got into Graphic Design. From that point on, I did all that I could to improve my skills to where they are today. I specialize in illustrative design. Another passion of mine is web design as well as animation. Design is something that will always be a focal point in my life and is the reason why I am graduating with a dual degree in Graphic Design and Advertising. I have had many opportunities to use my skills for organizations on campus and this summer I started using them in the workforce. I am currently working as the Marketing Communications Intern for the Iowa Bankers Association.
